Welcoming a new member to the Cannabinoid Science team

As we continue to deliver great projects for our clients and look forward to a very big year for us in 2023, we’re delighted to announce a new member of the True North Labs family. 

Julija Jakopin (https://www.linkedin.com/in/julijajakopin/)joins us from Swiss Life Sciences PLC where she was Operations and Business Director. With a great background in this amazing industry dating back to 2018,and with success delivered in such varied areas as government inspections(Slovenia), as a pharmaceutical auditor, and even working with the European Commission on medical devices, we’re delighted to have someone of Julija’s calibre and cannabis expertise join the team. 

“I’m delighted to join True North Labs at this really interesting juncture for both the category and this business”, says Julija.“Working for the benefit of this great plant, and with an opportunity to share the huge benefits the plant itself offers has been a big dream of mine, and I can’t wait to get started!” 

Based in Ljubljana, Slovenia, Julija will primarily focus on growing our business across an Eastern European geography. However, she’ll make regular trips to our HQ in Switzerland and drive projects globally where relevant. She’s already hit the ground running and is reaching out to a variety of potential clients in the hope of co-creating projects and optimised product offerings for discerning cannabis consumers – so we’ve no doubt she’ll be reaching out to you soon and helping us contribute to the continuing evolution of this amazing industry!
